ABOUT THE ROLE
Egnyte is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team—someone who is highly conceptual, collaborative, and confident designing for industry events, tradeshows, print collateral, digital campaigns and more. Our ideal candidate stays current with design trends and brings a strong portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful, impactful design for a variety of mediums.
This role is all about creating meaningful work that drives results. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about telling visually compelling, design-led stories that elevate event experiences, captivate audiences, and support our marketing goals. A portfolio link with real-world work is required to be considered for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the design process end-to-end—from concept through final execution—with exceptional attention to detail.
- Receive and apply constructive feedback thoughtfully, using it to refine your work and ensure designs remain on brand and on strategy.
- Explore innovative and effective designs for events and campaigns while staying current with global trends.
- Develop strong concepts and execute on creative direction from the Creative Director.
- Manage multiple projects with confidence, maintaining clarity, quality, and momentum.
- Design across a wide range of platforms, including event collateral, social media, landing pages, email, print, ads, and more—ensuring consistency and impact across every channel.
- Partner with teammates to brainstorm ideas and support project load during busy times to help keep turnaround timelines on track.
- Contribute to the development, adoption, and ongoing evolution of Egnyte’s brand guidelines, ensuring they’re used consistently across all media.
- Communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and take creative direction in a way that moves projects forward with purpose and clarity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years of previous agency or in-house design experience
- BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. graphic design, visual communications, digital media) or equivalent practical experience
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) and Figma. Experience in Slack, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Asana, Microsoft, and able to learn other software programs, as needed
- Strong collaborative mindset—excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships across the breadth of the organization
- Demonstrated success designing for events and marketing campaigns with a thorough understanding of how to provide design-driven solutions for large exhibits that are purposeful and produce a larger-than-life magnitude
- Experience working on various media project types for both print and digital experiences that resonate with the target audiences
- Solid design expertise in event marketing, digital campaign best practices, photography, illustration, typography and digital formats
- Experience working on direct response materials and designing for a range of marketing channels, especially for events and event promotions
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, comfortable prioritizing workloads and able to meet critical project milestones and deadlines
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and have passion for creative excellence, unbelievably great taste, love of design
- Expert knowledge of design techniques; consistently researching, recommending and presenting new concepts for events, campaigns, layouts, etc.
- Ability to take direction and deliver according to specifications and requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $80K- $100K annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
